These terms apply to purchases from Forge and Fable at https://forgeandfabledc.com. Please review product descriptions, options, size charts, prices, and these terms before placing an order.
Products and orders
Our products are made to order. Product photographs are illustrative; colors may appear differently on different screens. You are responsible for checking the size, color, quantity, and delivery address before submitting an order. If you notice a mistake, contact us promptly through https://forgeandfabledc.com/pages/contact. Changes or cancellations may not be possible after production begins.
Prices and payment
Product prices are displayed on the store. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout before you submit payment. We use Shopify and its supported payment providers to process orders. If a product becomes unavailable or a material pricing error affects your order, we will contact you to resolve it and refund any payment for items we cannot supply.
Production and delivery
Production and transit are separate stages. Any delivery estimate shown with your order is an estimate unless expressly stated otherwise. Items may ship separately. Contact us through the contact page if an order is delayed, missing, damaged, or incorrect. These terms do not remove any rights you have if we fail to deliver an order.
Returns and refunds

Made-to-order products are not returnable for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection. Report damaged, defective, or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery, with your order number, a description, and clear photos. Eligible claims receive a replacement or refund.
